I'm looking to relocate and I would like to know the sales tax on the states that are on the East Coast going over to the Mississippi River. I've looked online but I'm not sure if I've read them correctly. Can someone(s) help?

Sales tax here in central Wi was just rasied to 5.5% from 5%. Hope it helps…we are 100 miles east of the Mississippi River.
